From the 1st August 2022, Living Well Taking Control took over as the providers of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme in the BNSSG area.
LWTC have been delivering the NDPP since its inception in 2016 and have a vast experience in helping people reduce their risk of developing T2DM.
Please join us at this webinar where we will go through the benefits of the programme to your patients, topics discussed during the sessions, which patients are eligible and how you can refer.
We would recommend that at least one attendee from each practice attends.
